I‌n f‌a‌c‌t, c‌o‌n‌s‌i‌d‌e‌r‌i‌n‌g p‌r‌o‌j‌e‌c‌t c‌o‌n‌d‌i‌t‌i‌o‌n‌s, a‌n‌a‌l‌y‌s‌t‌s a‌r‌e a‌s‌s‌i‌s‌t‌e‌d t‌h‌r‌o‌u‌g‌h d‌e‌f‌i‌n‌i‌n‌g a‌n‌d p‌r‌o‌v‌i‌d‌i‌n‌g s‌o‌m‌e e‌f‌f‌e‌c‌t‌i‌v‌e r‌u‌l‌e‌s. یکی از مهم‌ترین مشکلات در پروژه‌های ساخت، بروز تأخیر در اجرا و بهره‌برداری پروژه است، که اغلب باعث ایجاد ادعاهایی میان کارفرما و پیمانکار می‌شود. این موضوع برای عوامل درگیر در پروژه، پدیده‌یی حائز اهمیت است. وجود روش‌های مختلف آنالیز تأخیر، این اهمیت را دو چندان کرده و این موضوع جدال‌برانگیز شده است. در این پژوهش، ابتدا به معرفی و مقایسه‌ی کلی روش‌های موجود آنالیز تأخیر در پروژه‌ها پرداخته شده است، و سپس روش‌های مبتنی بر پنجره‌ها، که نسبت به سایر روش‌ها به‌عنوان روش‌های با دقت بیشتر شناسایی شده‌اند، با بررسی نمونه‌ی موردی در برنامه‌ی P‌l‌a‌n E‌a‌s‌y، نتایج حاصل از هر روش تجزیه و تحلیل و با هم مقایسه شده‌اند. روش‌های مبتنی بر پنجره‌ها تا حدودی مشابه‌اند، ولی تفاوت‌هایی نیز دارند و برخی نتایج حاصل از آنالیز آنها متفاوت است. نتایج حاصل ازاین پژوهش، محدودیت‌های هر یک از روش‌های مذکور را نشان می‌دهد و به تحلیل‌گر در انتخاب روش آنالیز کمک می‌کند. https://sjce.journals.sharif.edu/article_1078_522a9ae9a99880d39e5daec35375e999.pdf
