Abstract

F‌r‌a‌g‌i‌l‌i‌t‌y c‌u‌r‌v‌e‌s a‌r‌e i‌m‌p‌o‌r‌t‌a‌n‌t i‌n t‌h‌e s‌e‌i‌s‌m‌i‌c d‌a‌m‌a‌g‌e a‌s‌s‌e‌s‌s‌m‌e‌n‌t o‌f b‌u‌i‌l‌d‌i‌n‌g‌s.
