تعیین ضریب شکل بهینه ی دیسک نیم دایره با لبه ی ترک خورده تحت بار فشاری یکنواخت (ECSD)

چکیده

در بررسی حاضر با استفاده از دیسک نیم‌دایره‌یی با لبه‌ی ترک‌خورده (E‌C‌S‌D) به ارزیابی سریع چقرمگی مواد شکننده توسط بار فشاری یکنواخت پرداخته شده است. با محاسبه‌ی ضریب شدت تنش (S‌I‌F)، ضریب شکل بهینه تحت بار فشاری یکنواخت ارائه شده است. در مطالعه‌ی حاضر، ابتدا روش عددی با نتایج آزمایشگاهی اعتبارسنجی و مدل‌سازی عددی با دقت قابل قبولی کالیبره شد، سپس نمونه‌های عددی با پخی در محل بارگذاری و تکیه‌گاه، تحت زاویه‌ی \b‌e‌t‌a از ۰ تا ۱۰ درجه، با نمو ۱ درجه و طول ترک (\a‌l‌p‌h‌a) از ۱ میلی‌متر تا ۲۹ میلی‌متر با نمو ۱ میلی‌متر بررسی شدند. با بررسی نتایج به‌دست آمده، ضریب شکل بهینه‌ی ۱٫۳۲۵ تحت بار فشاری یکنواخت و طول پخی متناظر با زاویه‌ی ۲ درجه نسبت به مرکز برای دیسک نیم‌دایره‌ی ترک‌دار ارائه شد.
