Nowadays, the increasing demands of seismic retrofitting result in further usage of SPSW.SPSW has been used since 1970 and has many advantages, such as ductility, strength, good energy dissipation, good performance and economic desirability, and easy instalation. In this study, first, the varieties of SPSW modelings are evaluated, based on specific testing with adequate data. Second, the optimum method of modeling is supposed from those results. At the end; the optimum method is applied to a frame with 4, 8 and 12 levels.
